Service scope
HashCheck calculates SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512 for one local file and compares one entered digest. A match proves byte equality only, not authenticity, authorship, safety or malware status.
Local processing and analytics
File bytes, names, sizes, digests and expected values remain in the isolated no-network capsule. Optional analytics records fixed action names and algorithm identifiers only.
Independent verification
Obtain files and published digests through independently trusted channels. Use the publisher's signature and validation process for consequential software or documents.
